Health and Social Work Requesting a Service

If you are reading this, you may be looking for support services for a child or young person you are responsible for. We are a registered third-sector provider in the Health and Social Care sector who specialise in helping young people recover from trauma. We focus on building loving and trusting relationships with children and young people which will help them to get to a better place. We provide a range of residential and community support services to children and families, via children’s social work services, and adult health and social care partnerships. Our only free service is Time for Change.

Self-referral 

We accept self-referrals to our Time for Change service for women. Or if you’re a young person wondering about the service that’s right for you, please get in touch.

Oncall number for young people

24/7 telephone helpline service supporting young people in any of our community based services who are experiencing difficulties out with scheduled time with Up2Us. If you need to use this service, phone 07949 702015.
