Community Support

We support young people aged 12 to 26 going through life challenges who have difficulty living independently in their community. They may have experience in the criminal justice system, be in care, have experience with anxiety and depression, issues with substance use, childhood trauma, homelessness, or have a family history of the above.

We support them to build resilience, increase their skills, and improve their life experiences. We do this through weekly one-to-one support with a set time scale, and by growing their network of community support.

Having two dedicated support workers gives young people the opportunity to:

  • Open up about what they’re going through
  • Ask for help about something bothering them
  • Discover new places
  • Try new experiences
